Are there real life villains like Joker?

Oh, yeah! Are you kidding me?

How many people did the Joker kill? Two hundred? Three hundred? Can’t be more than that, he obviously didn’t destroy the whole population of Gotham!

However, this man was responsible for death total of around 25 million people!
Comic book villains such as the Joker are ridiculously nice when you compare them to real-life super-villains.
